Note about Confidentiality

 

By participating in this survey you understand the following: 

 

• CEB, now Gartner will remove your name, title, and other unique identifiers from your individual responses before compiling the survey results.

 

• CEB, now Gartner will aggregate some of your survey responses with responses from others in your organization to produce analyses and composite scores, which will be reported to your organization. To help preserve the confidentiality of your responses, CEB, now Gartner will not report any analyses or scores representing the aggregation of fewer than five individuals’ responses.

 

• CEB, now Gartner may also compile lists of individual responses to each question (including unedited free text responses) and provide these lists to your organization. Please note that free text responses will be provided exactly as submitted, which may enable someone to identify you by your writing style.

 

• Your responses may also be used to create benchmarking overviews and other reports for consumption outside of your organization. Information based on your responses presented outside of your organization will only be presented in aggregate. No one outside of your organization or CEB, now Gartner will have access to your or your organization’s individual responses, nor will they have any way of identifying you or your organization based on the responses that you or your organization provide. 

 

• Your survey responses will be reviewed and processed by CEB, now Gartner staff members in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. CEB, now Gartner uses appropriate technical measures to help ensure the security of the information you provide through this survey. CEB, now Gartner will take reasonable steps to permit you to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete.
